I created this presentation for a specific audience "millennials" new hires for an instructional design company. The goal was to introduce them to the Conscious Competence Theory. I wanted to have a little more fun with this project and try something new. I used a popular social media called "Snapchat" in hopes to keep the audience more engaged while getting my message across.

This was a first pass in creating the presentation.
